This is the part buyers care about most and the part that gets quietly left out of cheap bids. Knocking a building down is the easy half. Getting it off the property is the expensive half, and if a bid looks low, that is almost always where the difference is hiding.
When we quote a demolition, hauling it away is in the number. You are not going to get a call halfway through about dump fees.
Where the debris goes
This is the part most people never think about until they get a bill. Debris has to go somewhere, and for most clearing outfits that means paying a third party to take it and paying somebody else to haul it. Two vendors, two markups, and a schedule that depends on both of them.
NOBL owns a 30 acre pit at 3125 River Rd in Navarre and runs its own trucks and equipment. The debris has somewhere to go. We haul it to our own pit, on our own trucks.
On demolition this matters more than on any other job we do, because demolition is mostly a debris logistics problem wearing a wrecking ball costume. Our pit takes clean concrete with no rebar, mesh or plastic, clean fill dirt with no roots or trash, asphalt, and land clearing debris. Owning the destination is why our numbers hold.

- Access for a machine and a truck
- Utility disconnects and who is handling them
- Permitting in that county or city
- How close the neighbors and adjacent structures are
- What has to be protected and left standing

Older structures down here sometimes need a survey before anything comes down. If yours does, abatement is performed by a licensed abatement contractor. NOBL does not do abatement and will not tell you otherwise. We will tell you when we think you need it, help you line it up, and pick the job back up once it is cleared.
